▶ Pembantu Setiausaha PejabatLanjut.

Provision of public services describeb under Clause 1, Article 132, in that context, the federal civil service covers the Federal public service, educational services, judicial and legal services, the police and the armed forces, not including the state civil service. Meanwhile, the joint service is a service in which emplacement of an officer can be made by federal but its services belonging to the respective states.

Power to appoint an officer in the federal civil service and the determination of their conditions of service are located under the jurisdiction of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, while the public service of a state is the Ruler or Yang di-Pertua Negeri. At this time, the recruitment of public officials at the federal level implemented by the Appointing Authority as the Public Service Commission (SPA) and the Education Service Commission (SPP)
